NOTIC Interim Execution
We bring in a team of interim executives, individual leaders or specialists to take control and drive rapid execution in restructuring situations, a disruptive approach to generate rapid execution.

Interim creates movement
An Execution Interim mandate is used when the situation is understood, the required direction is clear, and the business needs decisions to be implemented.

This applies when restructuring actions have been identified but not executed, when performance remains under pressure despite internal efforts, or when the organisation lacks the capacity or interim mandate to carry changes through. At this stage, the issue is execution.
Interim objective
The purpose of the interim assignment is to take control of the process, define the required actions in operational terms, and drive implementation across the business. The objective is to move the business from decision to execution and into a stable and executable operating structure.

The interim executive provides the owners, board and executive leadership with full visibility, while placing responsibility for execution and progress with Notic.
Execute to create results
The interim executive translates the chosen direction into executed actions across the organisation. Responsibilities are defined, decisions are enforced, and implementation is driven across functions and sites.

Barriers to execution are addressed directly, including organisational misalignment, lack of decision clarity, operational constraints and resistance to change.

Execution is followed through until actions are completed and results are visible in the operation.
Governance
The interim executive operates through a defined governance structure. Progress, decisions and deviations are reported continuously to the client organisation. Issues are escalated where execution stalls or decisions are delayed.

This ensures full visibility for ownership and leadership while maintaining pace and accountability.
Timeframe and required access
Execution Interim is typically agreed for an initial period of three to six months, with duration adjusted to the complexity of the situation.

The client provides access to leadership, operations, data and decision forums, and ensures that the interim mandate is clear enough for execution to proceed without delay.
Relevant situations
The Execution Interim is intended for owners, boards and leadership teams responsible for industrial operations that require rapid restructuring, turnaround or transformation and where execution cannot be left to normal line management alone.
